The **Staff Financial Analyst will work closely with the Finance Manager and DeviceCo** business leaders to understand financial and operational performance, identify key business drivers, and provide timely, accurate analysis to support decision\-making. The role will support budgeting, forecasting, long\-range planning, financial modeling, management reporting, and business performance analysis across the three businesses. This role is well suited for an analytical, highly motivated, and intellectually curious individual who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within finance. The successful candidate will have strong problem\-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to dig into data, ask thoughtful questions, and develop a deep understanding of the businesses they support. This is an on\-site role based in Austin, TX.
