**Job Description** Marwood General Construction is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned heavy civil contractor working federal, municipal, and private civil projects across Kitsap and the surrounding counties. We self perform our work. Earthwork, utilities, structures, paving, site clearing, concrete flatwork, demolition, and hauling. We own our iron and we run our own dirt. Our market runs in three lanes. Federal work through NAVFAC and Naval Base Kitsap is a growing part of our pipeline. Municipal and public agency work is steady. Private commercial site development rounds it out. We are also OMWBE certified and a participant in the WSDOT Capacity Building Mentorship Program. This position is a dual hat seat with real ownership. You take a job from bid invitation through award, then carry that same job through buyout, execution, and closeout. You are accountable for the margin you wrote into it. That structure is deliberate. Estimators who never build their own work develop expensive blind spots. We want someone who has to live with their numbers, because that is what makes a number honest.
