**About the Role** We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to support and grow our industrial and commercial water treatment portfolio. This role is responsible for managing existing customer programs, driving new business development, delivering technical support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across cooling, boiler, closed loop, wastewater, and related water treatment applications. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and retain a portfolio of customer accounts across industrial and commercial facilities. * Conduct routine service visits including testing, system inspections, reporting, troubleshooting, and program optimization. * Develop treatment strategies and implement chemical feed/control programs to achieve operational, safety, and compliance goals. * Identify and close new business opportunities including chemical programs, equipment, service agreements, and capital projects. * Provide technical support and problem\-solving for both water treatment and mechanical/process issues. * Prepare proposals, quotes, reports, KPIs, and presentations for customers and internal leadership. * Ensure programs meet profitability targets and align with commercial p...
