**The opportunity \- Responsibilities:** * Act as a Project Manager and Mechanical Lead to lead multi\-disciplinary design projects, specifically within our Healthcare business. Coordinate with multiple disciplines and working in conjunction with project managers to deliver comprehensive and coordinated design deliverables. Responsible for quality standards, commercial metrics, and client relations for projects. * This role also has the potential to also lead the Houston mechanical team as a part of a wider regional discipline team network, including acting as a hiring manager for mid\-level staff. * Assisting, Supervising or mentoring team members and delivering timely feedback and recognition to others.
