Shenandoah University’s School of Business is accepting applications for a Coordinator of College Engagement \& Student Experience. This is a full\-time benefited position located on our main campus in Winchester, Virginia. The Coordinator of Student Experience, Engagement \& Outreach is responsible for the coordination and execution of student\-facing initiatives across the College of Business, Engineering \& Technology. This position supports the full student lifecycle—from prospective student engagement through ongoing student participation—by integrating event planning, outreach support, student services coordination, and communication efforts. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Student Services \& Engagement, the Coordinator plays a central role in delivering a cohesive and high\-quality student experience while serving as a key liaison between the College, the Office of Marketing \& Communications, the Office of Admissions, and advising functions.
