Middleburg seeks a Groundskeeper who will work under the direction of the Service Manager, the Groundskeeper is responsible for performing general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping services to ensure excellent curb appeal and quality of apartment homes and responding to customer service requests. This position will require the ability to effectively communicate, perform quality work in a safe manner and deliver on our mission of providing exemplary service in accordance with our Mission and Values. **Position Overview:** *Maintenance Services:* * Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services per the assigned schedule and according to policies and procedures. Housekeeping and grounds work not to exceed 75% of the time. * Be responsible in the utilization of maintenance materials; inform manager of supply needs; keep storage area well organized and locked. * Perform refurbishing and renovation of apartments per standards: ensure 75% of vacant apartments are in market\-ready condition according to quality standards, 3 to 5\-day downtime standard for the preparation of market\-ready apartments, and 10\-day turn for upgrade units and the “I would l...
