**JOB OVERVIEW** Brand Vantage is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to acquire U.S. clients for our international staffing and talent\-solutions division. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through proposals, negotiation and closing. You will help U.S. companies build dedicated teams of skilled professionals based in Bangalore, India, who work as an extension of the client’s existing workforce. This position requires direct experience selling offshore staffing, international talent, RPO, BPO workforce solutions or a closely comparable service to companies in the United States. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Identify and pursue U.S. companies that could benefit from dedicated offshore talent. * Build relationships with HR, talent acquisition, founders, executives and functional leaders. * Generate a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and partnerships. * Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution. * Conduct discovery to understand each client’s hiring needs, required capabilities, budget and timeline. * Develop proposals and staffing solutions with Brand Van...
