**Registered Nurse (RN), (Non\-Exempt)** **Hours:** Part\-Time or Full\-Time Positions Available **Starting Wage:** $37\.25/hour, with higher pay available based on experience **POSITION SUMMARY:** Administer skilled nursing care to residents with periodic assessment and action to monitor changes in condition. Assess resident health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Oversees LPN, Medication Aide, and CNA staff to ensure quality of care and performance expectations is met. Overall oversight of custodial care is needed in this long\-term care setting. Consistently demonstrate the organization’s values as well as comply with Woodside Senior Communities’ Code of Conduct and HIPPA policies. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** * Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in residents' conditions. * Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. * Record residents' medical information and vital signs. * Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess resident's condition. * Modify resident treatment plans as indicated by residents' responses and conditions. * Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to...
