ChristianaCare, the largest healthcare system in Delaware is searching for a dynamic **Senior Data Analyst** to support the Medical Group Operations. The Senior Data Analyst serves as an Epic Analytics professional, leveraging Epic's analytics ecosystem and governed data assets to develop insights that support ambulatory operations, physician enterprise objectives, clinical performance, and strategic decision\-making. While Epic is the primary analytics platform, the role also utilizes the Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW), Snowflake, and governed medallion architecture datasets when enterprise data integration is required. The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for developing reports and visualizations using Radar and Power BI and is expected to earn Epic Cogito 170 certification and foundational Snowflake credentials.
