**Job Summary** JustUs Orlando is hiring a bilingual Property \& Operations Manager to take ownership of the day\-to\-day operations of our East Orlando facility. Since 1991, JustUs Orlando has provided office space, warehouse space, vehicle parking, shared amenities, and operational infrastructure for hundreds of independent automotive dealers throughout Florida. This is a hands\-on role for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll oversee the daily operation of the property, support our tenants, manage leasing and move\-ins, coordinate vendors and maintenance, and make sure issues are followed through from start to finish. You’ll work directly with ownership and have meaningful responsibility for how the facility operates. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates well, and doesn’t simply identify problems but takes ownership of finding solutions.
