**Job Description:** **Facilities Maintenance Supervisor** **(Full Time, Non\-Exempt)** Application Closing Deadline: For best consideration, please submit your application materials by **4:00 p.m. October 12, 2026** **Hiring Range is $52,364 to $60,555 annually based on qualifications, education and experience as it relates to the position.** **Position Summary:** Under direction of the Facilities Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for the supervision, hands\-on leadership, support, and direction of the daily activities of a maintenance crew. Is responsible for identifying, planning, prioritizing, scheduling, coordinating, assigning and evaluating projects and personnel associated with facilities maintenance, which may include, preventative maintenance of concrete, playground repairs, roofing, railings, fabrication, tiling, and wood assets within the District utilizing a crew of skilled and semi\-skilled personnel.
