**Job Summary:** The Construction Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of insulation and sheet metal construction projects across industrial, energy, and nuclear facilities. This role provides leadership for all field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements, quality standards, and client expectations. The Construction Manager serves as the primary liaison between the company, clients, subcontractors, and field personnel, overseeing project planning, resource allocation, material procurement, scheduling, workforce management, and progress reporting. Responsibilities include coordinating labor, equipment, tools, and materials; monitoring project performance and productivity; maintaining accurate project documentation; and obtaining necessary client approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
