Responsibilities include developing and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external relationships. The Program Manager will have: * Financial Controls \- assuring Programs are performed within specific Program award budgets * Schedule Controls \- that assure on time contract performance with the appropriate resources allocated to meet changing contract requirements * Contractual Submittals \- that assure timely production of documents, reports and program updates per specific contract reporting requirements * Customer Relations – Develop and maintain relationship with existing and new customers \- Be the face of Valcor to our customer. * Other important elements for success are a clear understanding of business, accounting procedures, Quality Assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques and manufacturing procedures. * A thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques is required A minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex Programs, with demonstrated financial skills and excellent communications techniques are a must.
