**Job Summary:** We are looking for a talented **Production Supervisor** to join our team in Seymour, Indiana. In this role, you will lead a production team at the Seymour Machining Center on 2nd shift, overseeing machining operations for 78L/95L blocks and driving daily performance against safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. You will direct and coach hourly DWU team members, set clear expectations, and hold the floor accountable for safe, high\-quality output. Working cross\-functionally, you will lead root cause analysis on production issues, document and resolve quality defects, safety incidents, and work rule violations, and apply continuous improvement methods to reduce waste and strengthen process capability.
