Location: HCB Yachts: Vonore, TN Department: MP\&L **Position Overview** We are seeking a detail\-oriented and dependable Logistics Coordinator to support our supply chain and customer service operations. This position will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound freight while also managing the day\-to\-day fulfillment of customer service orders. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires someone who can effectively coordinate transportation, communicate with carriers and internal departments, and ensure customers receive the highest level of service. **Key Responsibilities** **Logistics \& Transportation** * Coordinate select inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams. * Schedule pickups and deliveries while ensuring shipments are ready when transportation arrives. * Obtain freight quotes and coordinate the most cost\-effective shipping methods. * Prepare and maintain bills of lading, packing lists, shipping labels, and other required documentation. * Track shipments and proactively communicate delays or issues. * Coordinate LTL, parcel,...
