Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Manager, Purchasing to join us in a full\-time capacity. **Location Requirement:** The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3\) days in one of our Segra offices, with flexibility to work remotely two (2\) days each week. **Role Overview:** The Manager, Purchasing leads the indirect purchasing team and oversees day\-to\-day purchasing operations for indirect goods and services. This role manages a team of Indirect Buyers and is responsible for PO and blanket order management, supplier relationships, sourcing support, invoice\-discrepancy escalation, and compliance with purchasing policies and audit requirements. The Manager partners with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Engineering, Project Management, and Supply Chain to deliver timely, cost\-effective, and compliant procurement solutions. Success requires strong people leadership, procurement execution, analytical, communication, negotiation, and ERP skills, including experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365\).
