**Location: Pacific Northwest/ Bremerton, WA** **Salary Range: $160 to $185K** **Position Description: Regional Project Manager** * Lead the execution and scaling of regional Telecommunications Utility and Grid projects supporting U.S. Navy installation telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring alignment with mission requirements, modernization objectives, and long\-range sustainment strategies. * Serve as the senior lead for a portfolio of regional telecommunications infrastructure projects, overseeing planning, engineering, deployment, operations, maintenance, lifecycle modernization, and capital improvement initiatives across multiple installations. * Provide executive\-level leadership and stakeholder engagement across Navy leadership, installation organizations, and industry partners, coordinating complex regional projects involving military construction, infrastructure investment, and telecommunications utility governance. * Act as a business\-to\-technology translator, aligning operational, engineering, and leadership priorities while implementing governance frameworks, roles and responsibilities, and organizational accountability across regional telecommunications program...
