**Description** **PeaceHealth Sacred Heart’s Home Health in Springfield, OR team is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to help our diverse patient population reach their goals!** This is a Full Time, 1\.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $48\.52 – $72\.78\. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc. \*Relocation assistance may be available\* You will have the opportunity to work in the patient’s own environment engaging family and caregivers. Our multi\-disciplinary Home Health team consists of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, RN’s, Medical Social Workers, Registered Dietitians and Bath Aides. Our dynamic team meets regularly providing the opportunity to collaborate with supportive peers to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes.
