We are seeking a Gaming Controller to lead the accounting function across multiple operating entities and support the financial strategy of a dynamic, growth\-oriented hospitality organization with a strong emphasis on gaming compliance. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and supporting executive leadership with actionable financial insight. The Gaming Controller will work closely with executive leadership and oversee the accounting team responsible for financial reporting across multiple restaurant and bar operations with gaming revenue, inventory, and multi\-entity accounting structures.
