The Associate Director, Treasury is a strategic finance leader responsible for advancing the organization's treasury capabilities and supporting enterprise financial objectives. This role partners with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies related to treasury operations, liquidity management, cash optimization, financial risk management, banking relationships, and transformation initiatives. The Associate Director leads cross\-functional efforts to improve treasury processes, enhance financial flexibility, strengthen governance, and create scalable solutions that support the organization's growth and evolving business needs. **Responsibilities: Treasury Strategy \& Liquidity Management** * Develop and execute treasury strategies that support liquidity, capital structure, and cash management objectives. * Lead Global cash flow forecasting processes (13 week and full year) and drive enhancements to forecasting accuracy and visibility. * Identify and implement opportunities to improve working capital performance and cash utilization. * Monitor liquidity trends and provide strategic recommendations to Finance leadership. **Financial Risk Management** * Lead the developm...
