Multiporpoise Management is looking for a General Manager for our Lincoln City South operations, and we’re not looking for someone who just wants a fancy title and a swivel chair. We need someone who can run the show. Someone who can lead a team, solve problems, keep owners happy, keep guests happier, watch the numbers, notice when something is falling through the cracks, and occasionally answer a question that absolutely could have been answered by reading the email. You’ll oversee the day\-to\-day operation of a busy vacation rental location, including guest relations, front desk operations, housekeeping, maintenance, revenue and expense management, team building, and employee development. On any given day, you might be: Leading your team. Hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, developing employees, conducting reviews and—when necessary—having those awkward conversations nobody puts on their vision board.
