**POSITION INFORMATION: BASIC DETAILS** **Location**: Texas – Specific Training Location/s are TBD **Full\-Time/Part\-Time:** Full\-time **FLSA Status**: Exempt/Salaried **Travel Requirement:** Yes – up to 75% **Teleworking**: Yes – Some teleworking may be authorized **Pay**: $120,000 to $130,000 annually * Final offer determination is based on a combination of factors, including candidate educational background, years of relevant experience, and specific labor category (LCAT) mapping requirements. **POSITION SUMMARY INFORMATION: DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS** **Position Overview:** In this role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and administration of all training programs supporting a government\-contracted detainee transportation operation throughout Texas. This position is responsible for ensuring all personnel receive required initial, refresher, remedial, and role\-specific training in accordance with applicable government regulations, contract requirements, company policies, and detainee transportation protocols.
