The ideal candidate should have hands\-on accounting experience and be able to independently handle the company’s basic day\-to\-day accounting functions. **QuickBooks experience is required.** Responsibilities * Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities * Maintain accurate financial records using **QuickBooks** * Manage **Accounts Payable (AP)** and **Accounts Receivable (AR)** * Prepare and process customer invoices, vendor bills, payments, and expense records * Perform bank and credit card reconciliations * Monitor outstanding customer balances and follow up on payments when necessary * Maintain organized vendor and customer accounting records * Assist with inventory and purchase order reconciliation as needed * Prepare basic financial reports, including **Profit \& Loss and Balance Sheet** * Assist with month\-end and y...
