About the Opportunity Thompson Solutions Group is seeking an experienced and results\-driven Director of Service to lead the growth, profitability, and operational performance of our Service Division. In this role, you will provide leadership and direction for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, maintenance\-agreement, and small\-project operations. You'll work closely with company leadership to drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, develop high\-performing teams, and deliver exceptional service.
