**About What we Do:** We are looking for a Operations Supervisor to work in our one stop shop for cusotmers moving and storage needs. We are a two location Self Storage and Rv Storage business. We also rent out moving trucks and passenger vans and sell boxes and packing supplies. We are a local family owned business, we have been taking care of customers in the St. George area for 15 years. We have a great business reputation and loyal customer base. We are looking for a candidate that is organized, self motivated, driven, loves to wear many hats and responsibilities and have fun! **Responsibilities Overview** * Supervise daily store operations, including sales, inventory control, cash handling, and customer service. * Lead, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer interactions. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment at times. * Excellent communication skills including managerial communication, phone etiquette, and leadership abilities. * This is a "part time" position only, please do not apply if you need full time work.
