Pay: $22\.50/hour **Position Responsibilities**: The Site Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the Site Manager by serving as a second layer of supervision to site employees such as the Vehicle Service Agents (VSA), Driver/Transporters and Leads, by managing employee performance, productivity, training, scheduling and providing guidance based on adherence to job standards and policies. * Create a consistent flow of communicate from the Site Manager and customer to employees responsible for execution of tasks. * Ensure productivity standards and benchmarks are met in assigned location. * Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards. * Coach and mentor new employees. * Cover for Site Manager on days off and carry out tasks a directed. * Cover driver/tran...
