**Summary** The Area Manager is a member of the Field Operations team, overseeing safe and efficient 24/7 operations across multiple customer sites within a defined geography. This role delivers high service standards through strong leadership of Site Managers and site teams, including recruiting, training, coaching, and accountability for safety, operational execution, and customer satisfaction. This role also supports customer and financial performance through relationship management and P\&L analysis for a given POD.
