Position Summary: NV5 is seeking a full\-time **Land Development EI** for our **Cary, NC** office. The EI will provide engineering design assistance and review of commercial, residential, and/or institutional land development projects including municipal water/sewer/storm water design or relocation projects. Responsibilities: * Provide engineering and design of land development and utility projects. * Coordinate work with project managers, engineers, and designers. * Remain familiar with the review procedures and permitting processes of state and local public entities. * Utilize CAD software (either AutoCAD/Land Development Desktop or MicroStation/GeoPak) to prepare drawings. * Correspond with clients and permit reviewers (written and verbal) under the direction of the Project Manager. * Ensure quality control procedures are implemented. * Complete project tasks within deadlines and work within allotted project budgets. Requirements: * BS degree in Civil Engineering * 0 to 4 years of civil/site related work experience * Passed the FE Exam * EI certification a plus * Basic Microsoft Office skills * Knowledge of MicroStation/GeoPak or AutoCAD/Land Development Desktop a plus * Must be...
