Practice Area: Transportation C\&S Companies is seeking a Highway Designer to join our Orlando transportation team. This role supports the planning and design of roadway, intersection, and multimodal transportation improvements for public and private clients. The successful candidate will contribute to practical, responsive solutions that advance mobility, safety, constructability, and long\-term community needs. **Responsibilities** * Prepare roadway design documents for transportation projects, including horizontal and vertical alignments, typical sections, roadway geometry, grading, drainage coordination, signing and pavement markings, and intersection improvements. * Develop design plans, calculations, quantities, cost estimates, technical specifications, and supporting documentation under the direction of project engineers and project managers. * Use three\-dimensional modeling and design tools to support roadway design, coordination, visualization, and construction document production. * Assist with the development of roadway rehabilitation, widening, reconstruction, complete streets, access management, and safety improvement projects. * Coordinate design activities with in\-...
