Systems Analyst III, IV or V \- Digital Delivery \- Design Division \- Austin, TX \- (2602439\) Position Information The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is seeking a Digital Delivery Systems Analyst to advance enterprise digital design, engineering data, and project delivery technologies across planning, design, construction, and asset management. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and operations by translating engineering business needs into scalable solutions, driving the adoption of model\-based design, and streamlining project data across the entire lifecycle. Key responsibilities include implementing Civil Information Management (CIM), Building Information Modeling (BIM), Common Data Environments (CDE), automation, and delivering practical software workflow training. The ideal candidate possesses hands\-on experience supporting transportation project delivery through all phases—including Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS\&E).
