SECTION 8 MANAGER Section 8 Contract Administration The West Virginia Housing Development Fund (the “Fund”), a quasi\-governmental organization providing safe, decent affordable housing across West Virginia, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of a ***Section 8 \- Manager*** in our Charleston Office. We are dedicated to increasing the supply of residential housing for individuals and families of low\- and moderate\-income. We also provide construction and permanent mortgage financing to public and private sponsors of such housing. To date, the Fund has issued more than $4\.5 billion in bonds and has financed more than 165,000 housing units since it began operation in 1969\. The Funds mission is to ensure that all West Virginians has access to safe, affordable housing, which in turn helps to create stronger communities and a more prosperous West Virginia.
