**JOB DESCRIPTION** **POSITION TITLE:** Financial Analysis Supervisor **DEPARTMENT:** Finance **FLSA STATUS:** Exempt **REPORTS TO:** Chief Financial Officer (CFO) **GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES** The purpose of this position is to support the Agency’s needs by controlling and managing all of the grant programs of the Agency to ensure compliance with funder policies. Supervise the Financial Analysts and ensure the Financial Analysts work with each assigned program’s manager to analyze and report all financial activity within the grant. Ensure all applicable financial reports are submitted to the funders. **SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** The list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the tasks performed within this classification.
