Company Overview Genesis is seeking a **Senior Director of Finance** to lead the company's accounting and finance function and serve as a strategic partner to the executive team. This is the senior\-most finance seat at Genesis: the Controller and accounting team report into this role, which owns the month\-end close, reconciliations, payment operations, budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and financial reporting to ownership. As a third\-party debt recovery agency, Genesis carries finance responsibilities a typical company does not. When we collect funds, we must accurately account for each payment, retain only the fees Genesis is entitled to under the client agreement, and remit the correct amount to the client. This role is accountable for that process and for reconciling the collection system of record to the general ledger.
