Description: The Recruiting Specialist plays a key role in shaping the future of Prairie Field Services by designing, managing, and executing full cycle recruiting strategies that attract top talent across multiple disciplines and regions. This position partners closely with business leaders to forecast workforce needs, support organizational growth, and enhance the company’s employment brand.
