We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team. **Position: Plastic Surgery Medical Assistant** The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of patient care experience in a clinic setting, is friendly, polished, well\-spoken, and committed to offering outstanding customer service. **Qualifications** * CMA or RMA certificate highly desirable * Training in plastic surgery assisting a plus * Experience in obtaining medical histories, medication lists, and active listening. * Interested in expanding skills and knowledge. **Essential Skills and Abilities** * Prepares patients for examination by Surgeon; captures all vital signs, takes photos, starts progress notes (Scribe) \& other key indicators as directed. * Responsible for carrying out patient care directives instructed by the Surgeon to ensure quality patient care such as removing and applying dressing, applying garments, topical anesthetic, cold packs, etc. * Triaging patient inquiries and concerns to determine appropriate party for follow up * ...
