**PRN Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health \| $75\+/Hour** **Job Type:** PRN / Per Diem **Location:** Chicagoland, IL \| Field\-based / On the road **Add Flexible Home Health Visits Around Your Current Schedule** We are hiring **multiple experienced Home Health Physical Therapists** who want to earn additional income by adding PRN patient visits around their current schedule. **Starting pay is $75/hour.** We currently have opportunities in two territories: * **South / Southwest Suburbs:** approximately **10–12 visits per week currently available** * **Lake County / Far North Suburbs:** approximately **10–15 visits per week of potential coverage**, depending on census and referrals This is a **PRN Home Health role**, not a full\-time position. It is designed for experienced home health PTs who want to **keep their current job or caseload while adding flexible local visits for supplemental income.** **Previous professional Home Health PT experience and experience treating orthopedic/post\-surgical patients are required.** You do not need to cover all of Chicagoland.
