**General Job Description:** An Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of a hotel to make sure that it is running smoothly and making profit while ensuring that the guests have a positive experience and will want to stay again. Responsible for short and long term planning of day to day operations of the hotel areas in Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food \& Beverage related areas. Recommends budget and manage expenses within approved budget constraints. **Essential Job Tasks** * Day\-to\-day operation of the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food \& Beverage including banquet with a heavy concentration on the property’s F\&B outlets, and other key operating areas of the hotel. * Work closely with and gain a working knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Accounting and the necessary aspects of Food \& Beverage and Engineering. * Accurately execute all company and brand initiatives, policies and procedures with a continuous improvement in quality, service and operations. * Interact with the General Manager and other key department heads on a daily basis to ensure exceptional service and maximization of revenues. * Controls costs effectively to meet budget guidelines.
