David Raines Community Health Centers is looking for passionate, qualified applicants to join our team! **General Description:** The Clinic Pharmacist is responsible for accurately interpreting and dispensing prescription medications to David Raines Community Health Center patients and provides information and advice to patients regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and proper medication storage. **Work Experience Requirements:** * Maintains all records and reports required under pharmacy agreement, Section 340B. * Maintains eligible patient drug utilization reviews. * Maintains formulary maintenance, including providing drug related information services to Health Center personnel. * Identifies and disposes of expired medications. * Maintains eligible patient Drug profiles. * Accurately interprets prescription orders and fills the order, following standard protocols for accuracy. Reviews prescriptions to assure accuracy. * Provides information and advises patients regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and proper medication storage. * Advises customers on the selection of medication brands and health\-care supplies. * Supervises subordinate pharmacy staff i...
