The **Senior Supply Chain FP\&A** **Manager** is responsible for financial planning and analysis activities for the North America (NA) supply chain region. It is a key role within the NA Supply Chain Finance organization, and reports to the VP of Finance for Supply Chain. The primary responsibilities include supporting the monthly close, quarterly forecasting, annual planning and costing processes, and developing robust driver\-based reporting and analytics. This includes driving thought leadership to Supply Chain leadership and Division finance teams to deliver accurate and timely analysis, and reporting results including gross margin initiatives. **What You Will Do:** * Oversee the monthly close processes for NA Supply Chain operations including Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and Inventory/Cash Flow. * Orchestrate the quarterly forecasting processes, and annual planning \& standard costing processes. * Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership on establishing strategic vision and developing action to achieve that vision. * Partner with Divisional Finance teams by providing insight on drivers of cost and gross margin improvements initiatives. * Partner with Supply Chain lea...
