### **Description** **GENERAL SUMMARY:** The Deposit Services Specialist supports daily deposit operations by ensuring accurate account servicing, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include resolving non\-posted transactions, reviewing remote deposits, placing Regulation CC holds, processing interest payments, and reviewing consumer product exceptions and CIP documentation. This position also administers garnishments and levies, processes domestic collection items, prepares IOLTA reporting, and monitors inactive and dormant accounts, including escheatment activities. The role requires detail\-oriented, organized, and commitment to providing exceptional support to branches and internal departments while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulations. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:*** Research and resolve non\-posted transactions for checking, savings, safe deposit box, and loan accounts. * Review remote deposit capture transactions * Apply Regulation CC Holds as appropriate. * Process CD and savings interest payments accurately and timely. * Review consumer product exceptions and CIP documentation to ensure compliance with bank policies an...
