### **Assignment Overview** * Shift: Days, 5x8hrs * Hours: 40 hrs/wk * Start Date: Oct 19, 2026 * Length: 13 weeks * Openings: 1 ### **Description** American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an Acute Care Hospital, requiring 1\+ years of acute care experience and open to first\-time travelers. ### **Details** * Acute Care Hospital PT unit at a Short Term Acute Care / Level III Trauma Center with 104 staffed beds * Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Patient ratio of 8\-12 patients per day * Floating between units required * Occasional weekend coverage to help fill regular staffing needs * Epic charting system used * No on\-call requirements ### **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of acute care PT experience required * BLS certification required * WA state PT license required if applicable * Epic EMR experience required * Compact license must be in hand at time of submission * Self\-directed with strong teamwork and time management skills * Community hospital experience preferred * Inpatient rehabilitation (IPR) experience a plus ### **Additional Information** * Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation across an orthopedic,...
