**Description** Pablo Center is seeking an organized, energetic, and dependable individual to support STEAM programs, afterschool clubs, summer classes, outreach, and special events. This is a hands\-on position that requires strong organization, communication, problem\-solving, and teamwork. The coordinator will manage multiple programs and priorities while working closely with the Education \& Outreach Manager and team. The role also provides additional support during busy periods, staff absences, and special events. **Requirements** **Schedule \& Work Environment** * Onsite position at Pablo Center at the Confluence. * Typical schedule is Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday. * Occasional evenings, weekends, and early mornings may be required, especially during summer programming. * Occasional travel may be required for outreach and events. * Regular movement throughout the building and occasional lifting of materials up to 25 pounds. **Key Responsibilities** **Program Coordination** * Manage registrations, payments, forms, records, and program files. * Communicate with families, instructors, volunteers, interns, mentors, and community partners. * Coordinate schedules, supplies, ma...
