The Principal Program Manager will lead execution performance initiatives across Electric Operations, with a specific focus on the Electric Transmission and Distribution Weekly Operating Review (Electric WOR). This role blends business analysis, program management, and leadership capabilities to drive data\-informed decision\-making, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment. The Program Manager will serve as both a steward and innovator of the WOR process, ensuring consistent execution while identifying and implementing enhancements that improve clarity, efficiency, and impact.
