Overview: LMI is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of LMI's technology portfolio supporting the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS operates the nation's largest delivery and logistics network and is in the midst of a multi\-year modernization effort to improve service reliability, transform the customer experience, and achieve long\-term financial sustainability. The TPM will be LMI's senior technical leader on this account: owning the end\-to\-end deployment of technology solutions into the USPS environment and serving as the trusted advisor who connects hands\-on engineering execution to USPS mission and business outcomes. This is a hands\-on leadership role for a professional who can lead the deployment of a diverse portfolio of enterprise technologies into a large, complex federal environment, including ServiceNow, the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure), AI\-enabled and agentic solutions, custom software applications, AI\-assisted software engineering approaches, and commercial off\-the\-shelf (COTS) products.
