* Type:Full Time * Salary/Pay Rate:$52,310 \- $56,533 per year * Posted Date:09/22/2026 Under the direction of the Executive County Superintendent of Schools, the Program Coordinator Special Events will support county wide educational initiatives and operational programs. The position coordinates special programs, district outreach, and administrative functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities in this role include: * Coordinate, organize, and oversee special programs including Teen Summit, Annual Driver Certification Program, Naloxone program and other programs as designated. * Assist in organizing educational events such as Valedictorian/Salutatorian Breakfast, Governor’s Teacher of the Year Event, and Job Fairs. * Formulate and execute plans for effective utilization of available funds. * Design promotional items such as ad journals and handouts. * Serve as a liaison between the County office and school districts to update the District Personnel database and the Passaic County Public School Directory. * Provide support in the transportation office and certification office. * Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentation materials. * Establish and maintain ...
