**Where You Will Work** Our office is located in the Lower Garden District of New Orleans, Louisiana. Many great hotels, galleries, restaurants, and museums are a short walk from the office. **What You Will Do** -------------------- Under general supervision, provides technical expertise, guidance and leadership in engineering project management. * Reviews and analyzes project requirements to establish tasks and subtasks and project timelines. * Assembles and supervises project staff. * Creates and maintains a database of project tasks and assignments. * Compiles and reports to management regarding project status. * Serves as technical expert on project management issues. * Evaluates and administers contracts with vendors for the provision of services and equipment. * Maintains current working knowledge of applicable federal, state and local regulations.
