**Job Title: Residential Construction Project Manager** **Location: S\+H Construction Office / Various Jobsite Locations** **Reports to: Senior Management** **Position Overview:** The Residential Construction Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of residential construction projects. The Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams and clients, manage budgets, schedules, specifications, and ensure timely completion of residential construction projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Financial** + Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that budgets are controlled, and projects stay within financial parameters. + Create change orders to update the budget as needed. + Review and approve all labor and subcontractor estimates, contracts, change orders, and invoices. * **Schedule** + Develop, manage and track project schedule and update teams regularly on progress or potential delays. * **Quality Control** + Assist construction manager to ensure all construction meets required quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations. + Manage the permitting and approval process to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. * **Team M...
