**Remote Certified Medical Assistant (RCMA) – PART\-TIME, NON\-EXEMPT** **SHIFT:** Weekend Days 8:00 AM \- 8:00 PM **LOCATION:** Remote MedStreamline is seeking a compassionate, professional, and highly motivated Remote Certified Medical Assistant (RCMA) to support residents and healthcare teams within long\-term care and senior living communities. In this role, you will monitor patient vitals online, provide real\-time alerts to healthcare providers, and assist with virtual patient care coordination. This is a fully remote position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, technology\-driven healthcare environment. **Essential Functions** * Track and review patient vitals remotely, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels through remote monitoring systems. * Identify abnormal readings and escalate critical alerts to healthcare providers following established protocols. * Communicate with the Director of Nursing (DON) or Wellness Director, physicians, CNAs, and other medical professionals as needed to ensure timely patient interventions. * Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and company policies to ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information. * Perf...
