**Position Description** RND Consultants, Inc. is a small and growing company providing engineering, real estate, and construction solutions to public and private clients with a focus in transportation and real estate development. We are currently seeking a **Right\-of\-Way Agent** to assist our real estate team. The Right of Way Manager agent will research, negotiate, and assist with the purchase or lease of land required for construction projects. **We are seeking qualified applicants who will:** Assist with the real estate acquisitions and license agreements for our public\-sector clients. The successful candidate will be a self\-starter with good interpersonal skills who is comfortable working in a team environment managing projects and working closely with our transportation and municipal clients.
