They have a strong pipeline in healthcare, community health, and airport work, and this hire could step into a healthcare project right away. As an employee\-owner, you'll have a real stake in the projects you deliver and in the company's long\-term success. What You'll Do * Serve as the client's day\-to\-day contact on the jobsite * Manage 1\-2 projects at a time, from $5M to $80M in size * Lead projects lasting 10 months to 6 years (healthcare projects run about $75M over 6 years) * Own project budgets and cost controls * Manage community health campus projects, one campus at a time * Collaborate with owners, architects, subcontractors, ...
